For walking, hiking and climbing enthusiasts, the area boasts 650 km of marked walking and hiking trails and via ferrata routes, all tested and approved, and more than 60 mountain huts offering food and drink. Together with the breathtakingly majestic mountain scenery, they guarantee an unforgettable hiking experience here on the sunny Seefeld high plateau.
Keep moving and enjoy the great outdoors! Whether you choose to walk at a leisurely or invigorating pace, whether you prefer steep, challenging terrain or gently undulating pastures, you’re sure to find a tour to suit your wishes. In addition, the Olympiaregion offers a wide variety of themed walking trails, such as the Way of St. James, the Eagle’s Path and the Culture Trail to name but a few, along which you can learn about the local flora and fauna, as well as about the traditions and customs of the locals living on the plateau.
