12th Seefeld Craft Festival

THE highlight of the summer event series!
The Seefeld Business Association sets high standards to maintain and constantly improve the traditional character of this event. The experience gained from organizing 11 previous festivals has enabled something special to emerge; a festival that is unique in the Tyrol and which has achieved importance in Austria and also in Germany, Northern Italy, and in Switzerland.
This year, more than 100 craftspersons from North, South, and East Tyrol are again coming to Seefeld to demonstrate their crafts. Joiners, turners, carpenters, woodcarvers and sculptors, violin and harp makers, blacksmiths, weaver, markers, potters, rope plaiters, cobblers, tailors, basket weavers and broom-makers, fossil oil burners, barrel-makers and wheelwrights, feather-quill embroiderers, pewter belt makers, and many more are all looking forward to your visit.
The nearby restaurants will attract you with homemade cooking and you can taste and purchase local products at the farmers' market.
There is also no shortage of music. Various groups are situated throughout the whole pedestrian area - live music without amplifiers, a pleasure for lovers of real folk music!
