Traditions kept alive …
The Oldies Nights with the Sounds of the Supremes on 11th and 12th July starts off the summer events and the pedestrian zone of Seefeld remind on the 70s and 80s. Many other groups like the Beatles Unlimited etc. will perform. There will be a great children’s program. e prettily decorated stands have tasty regional dishes and Austrian wine for you to test as you wander along to the strains of some local music in the background helping to round off the whole experience. Valuable old-timers and motorcycles will be on show on the Dorfplatz Square in Seefeld and the restaurants and bars in the centre of town will also be reliving the past. For example, the waiters & waitresses in Bahnhofstrasse will all be dressed as platinum blonde Marilyn Monroes and hip-swinging Elvis Presleys.
