Mindfulness walk for kids

Discover nature with all your senses. During the mindfulness walk, Christina Demetz playfully shows the children how beautiful and exciting the forest is when you see, hear, smell, feel and taste it. Furthermore, the children learn how to deal with themselves and the animal and plant world in a loving and appreciative way. The children visibly relax and enjoy a state of flow that allows them to stay in the here and now for an hour.

Meeting point is in front of the church door, parish church of St. Oswald. Cost: € 10 per child, € 7 per sibling. The offer is suitable for children from 6 years onwards. Min. number of participants: 2, max. 10. The programme can also be held in English. The children can be picked up at the meeting point after an hour.
