In the open barn find out all there is to know about the Highland cattle born and bred in the mountains of Tyrol and about the manufacture of mouth-watering, hay-scented delights, such as steaming, aromatic hay flower tea which you’ll receive as a little thank you. Cross-country skiers who come straight from the track to the farm can borrow a warm jacket. This activity is conducted in German, English, Italian and French.
