When my alarm clock rings at five in the morning, I crawl out of bed and yawn at the toothbrush. Actually I am a passionate late riser, but the day’s work of a traditional Tyrolean baker begins long before the first dawn. Today an experienced family business invited me to learn some secrets of the ancient craft.
The new gourmet guide “Gault & Millau 2020” has been published and brings a real award blessing for our region. The best restaurants in Austria have been ennobled and 5 restaurants in the Olympiaregion received a total of 12 toques (stars). The restaurant Le Treize in Seefeld is the highest newcomer of the gourmet guide. The Interalpen Chef’s Table was awarded with 4 toques.
