With friendly Dutch charm, Karin de Jong warmly welcomes you to Haus Wiesenruh in Seefeld in Tirol. The name of this apartment house means ‘meadow peace’, which is, quite literally, what you enjoy here: an idyllically tranquil retreat surrounded by lush, green fields ensuring a perfect, relaxing holiday with your family, as a couple or with friends.

Despite its quiet location on the outskirts of Seefeld, the non-smoking apartment house Wiesenruh is just a 10-minute walk from the village centre, the railway station and the bus terminal. The bus stop for the complimentary village bus and ski bus is a mere 5 minutes’ walk away. Free car parking is available right in front of the building.

Appointed with care and attention to detail, our 3 light, comfortably furnished apartments are very spacious and all offer access to a terrace or balcony. The holiday apartments each have 2 or 3 separate bedrooms making them ideal for the whole family. Equally generously sized are the bathrooms, most with double wash-basin, shower or bath and private sauna. The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Those who choose to cook themselves during their holiday can purchase fresh groceries at the supermarket just a 7-minute walk away. If you prefer to treat yourself to some culinary delights, Seefeld village centre boasts a wide spectrum of restaurants.

Your host Karin de Jong also runs the next-door apartment house Jonghof which houses a further 3 apartments, as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer that can be used by guests for a small charge.

During the summer months you can begin your mountain hikes right from the doorstep of Haus Wiesenruh and explore the stunning natural beauty of the Region Seefeld. At lunchtime, stop and recharge your batteries at one of the many rustic mountain huts and savour a hearty Tyrolean platter. And, in the afternoon, unwind and relax on the sun loungers in our flowering garden and take in the captivating view of the surrounding mountains.

In winter, a short walk across the field in front of our house takes you to the small Geigenbühel and Birkenlift ski areas - the perfect practice slopes for beginners to the sport of Alpine skiing. Haus Wiesenruh has a ski depot for storing your equipment, complete with a ski boot dryer. Fun and action for the whole family can be had right next door on Toni’s Alpine-style ice curling lanes.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday tailored to your needs and wishes here in Haus Wiesenruh in Seefeld in Tirol.
