That moment, when night turns into day, the 360° panorama of the Seefelder Joch turns into soft pink and finally the first mountain peaks are awakened by the warm light of the sun: Just experiencing this brings an indescribable feeling of true freedom. This is exactly when you start the day with a unique yoga session at sunrise!

The Sunrise Yoga with Marcel Clementi will take place in 2023 on a total of two dates, exactly at sunrise on the Seefelder Joch at 2,064 metres with a 360° panorama. Dynamic asanas, various flows and inspiring yoga sounds will provide you energy and strength for your mental and physical health. You will be guided by Marcel Clementi, international 500h Multistyle Yoga teacher.

Experience the power of nature, the magic of the sunrise and 90 minutes of yoga and then start the longest day of the year full of energy!

Yoga session, ascent and descent to the Seefelder Joch, and a small breakfast at the end in the Rosshütte panorama restaurant

Own yoga mat and warm clothes

Change of programme or cancellation:
In case of bad weather or event-related restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone Sunrise Yoga at short notice for safety reasons

1-2 days before the event, each participant will receive a participant information email with all the final details about the meeting point, departure, start, etc.
