There is hardly any other place where social distancing is as easy and beautiful as here in the mountains. In the Olympiaregion Seefeld you will find wide valleys, lonely peaks and wide paths, where you can get far away from everyday life and get close to nature.

Are you dreaming of relaxing moments on a sunny plateau? We too are looking forward to filling the special power places of our region with life again. Shops in the region have been open again since 1 May and from 15 May the restaurants will also be pampering you in their guest gardens. In addition, a variety of leisure facilities are already looking forward to welcoming their first visitors. From 29 May onwards, the accommodation facilities will also be allowed to open again!

The borders to Germany and Switzerland will open on 15 June!

How and when can I reach the information offices of the Olympiaregion Seefeld?

Due to corona conditions, the counter in all our information offices will remain closed until further notice. You can reach us by phone at +43 5 0880 or via WhatsApp +43 664 6218924, by email at region@seefeld.com or via social networks. Monday to Friday: 08:30 to 18:00. Saturday, Sunday & Holiday: closed.

 

I have already booked my summer holiday in the Olympiaregion Seefeld, but don't know at the moment if I can travel there? Which possibilities do I have regarding rebooking and cancellation?

Many landlords already offer free rebooking. It is best to contact the accommodation directly and explain your situation. Together you will surely find a fair solution.

 

What restrictions are there on travelling by public transport?

There are some restrictions on public transport (also on site). All information about current timetables and possible changes can always be found on the websites of VVT and ÖBB.

The border crossing Leutasch - Mittenwald is closed until further notice.
Border controls will be carried out in Scharnitz. The entry and exit at the inner-Austrian borders to the provinces Vorarlberg, Salzburg, Carinthia is currently not affected by restrictions.
