Gold and silver for Germany at the World Championships in jumping on the Großschanze at Bergisel - Austria's medal hopeful Stefan Kraft had to settle for sixth place. But already tomorrow Kraft & Co want to have a say in the team jumping for the places 1, 2 and 3, as he confirms World Championship talk in the TirolBerg TV studio. Mario Seidl, fourth in the combined event, is also full of motivation for the competition in Seefeld on Thursday.
Stefan Kraft only finished sixth today. "I gave my best - it was just five jumpers better," he stressed during his visit to the TirolBerg TV studio. "Four to five nations will fight for medals tomorrow. We are looking forward to it and the mood in the team is excellent. I hope that tomorrow we will be able to do eight good jumps - then we will be able to get involved.
Mario Seidl, who took fourth place on Friday, is also fully motivated for the combination competition with the jumping on the Toni Seelos hill and the subsequent 10km cross-country skiing in Seefeld next week. "We are among the front runners. A lot is possible. I will put the full focus on the hill. I am looking forward to the next competitions", says Seidl.
