ROADBLOCK DURING THE OPENING CEREMONY?

The Möserer Straße is closed from the WM-Halle to Seekirchl from 06.00 pm to approx. 08.00 pm.

 

ARE THERE ROADBLOCKS?

Road block of L36 Möserer Straße between Seewaldalm and WM-Halle and L14 Leutascher Straße between access Gschwandtkopf and WM-Halle on all event days from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. -> Exception for ski jumping competitions (1. and 2. March) from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.!

Truck driving ban over 3.5 t total weight in both driving directions on the L35 Buchener Straße between access Interalpen-Hotel and Leutasch/Moos in the same period as above mentioned block.

The access and exit by car from/to Leutasch is possible at any time via the L35 Buchener Straße ("Telfer Berg") and the L75 Bodenstraße.

The access and exit by car from/to Seefeld is possible at any time via the B177 Seefelder Straße ("Zirler Berg") and via the L35 Buchener Straße ("Telfer Berg") or L14 Leutascher Straße. Access to Seefeld via Seefeld Nord from Scharnitz is not possible for all traffic.

No further closures are planned, but due to the shuttle traffic in the entire local area of Seefeld, impairments are to be expected.



ACCESSIBILITY SKI RESORTS?

The access and descent to the ski areas in Seefeld is possible at any time via the B177 Seefelder Straße ("Zirler Berg"). The Gschwandtkopf ski area can then be easily reached via the bypass tunnel.

The access and descent to the ski areas in Leutasch is possible at any time via the L35 Buchener Straße ("Telfer Berg") and the L75 Bodenstraße.



DELIVERIES PEDESTRIAN ZONE?

Delivery will be possible, but only until 08:00 in the morning.



WHERE ARE THE VISITOR PARKING LOTS?

There will be parking spaces in Telfs (Pfaffenhofen) and in Scharnitz (Gießenbach). From there, shuttle buses will run to the competition grounds at regular intervals. The capacity of the reception car parks is approx. 4,000 cars.



FREE SHUTTLE BUSES TO THE EVENT SITE?

The shuttle buses are equipped for event visitors and can only be used with a valid admission ticket.

By bus: Scharnitz (Gießenbach) from 2 hours before the start of the competition every 5 minutes. Then every 15 minutes. Telfs (Pfaffenhofen) from 2 hours before the start of the competition every 15 minutes. Afterwards every half hour.



FREE SHUTTLE BUSES IN THE OLYMPIC REGION SEEFELD?

The regional buses can be used with a valid event ticket in the 5 towns of the Olympic region. Otherwise a bus ticket must be available. These will also be increasingly used during the FIS Nordic WSC. Click here for the timetables of the region!​



FREE TRAIN SERVICE TO THE VENUE?

In Tirol: With a valid event ticket, all VVT and ÖBB connections can be used free of charge throughout Tirol on the day indicated on the ticket. Also included are all IVB connections. The long-distance trains (RJ, etc.) of ÖBB are excluded from this regulation. Accredited persons can also use the train connection between Innsbruck and Seefeld free of charge between 20 February and 3 March 2019.

In Bavaria: For this purpose all trains of the Werdenfelsbahn can be used on the day indicated on the ticket, i.e. the spectators can use the ticket from Munich Central Station to travel with the Werdenfelsbahn.



WHERE ARE THE PARKING SPACES FOR COACHES?

The buses can park at the parking lot Strandperle or at the parking lot Reithalle in Seefeld. Please register in advance at andy.knapp@seefeld2019.com. Parking of the buses is only permitted with a valid parking permit. From there, visitors and fans can walk directly into the event area via the pedestrian zone (Nordic Mile).
