Flämenwandl
Family climbing area
Flämenwandl – the name comes from the Belgian team that worked so hard securing all the different routes of which there are now around 20 in total, graded between 3 and 6b+. Flämenwandl is located close to the Leutascher Ache stream and is an ideal spot for families, with plenty of space for playing on the wide, flat path and with some wooden seating for a picnic break in-between climbing.
Tip: bring along some sausages for an evening BBQ over a fire on the bank of the Leutascher Ache. A perfect summer’s day for all ages.
