Solstice is an important turning point in the year and has had great emotional and spiritual significance for centuries. The power of nature is especially evident and it is the perfect time to gather inspiration and find new energy.
In keeping with the motto “Come to Om”, the diversity of the Nature and Yoga Days’ programme lets you enjoy a unique outdoor yoga experience: the magnificent mountain setting with its many power spots, the highly-trained yoga instructors and the prospect of some indulgent living in the hotels of the Olympiaregion Seefeld/Leutasch.
You can choose from the following courses and styles:
A selection of courses of differing traditional and modern yoga styles is at the heart of the Nature and Yoga Days. Ayurveda workshops with one of Europe’s best-known Ayurveda chefs are perfect for health-conscious foodies as well as for those who would like to try cooking along the lines of the Ayurveda teachings once they go home.
The solstice fire ceremony, yoga sessions on an unspoilt woodland clearing or a meditative walk – every day offers a new approach to nature. The pranayama free-breathing exercises allow you to experience the vastness of the Tyrolean mountain landscape better than ever before.
Happiness need calmness. Under the watchful eye of our experienced experts, you will learn ways to conquer stress and through awareness techniques, breathing exercises and meditation, you will achieve a deeper sense of serenity and can leave your worries and the hustle and bustle behind you.
The traditions of yoga and its many enduring asanas (positions) go back over a thousand years, but newer variations are constantly being devised as a result of the coming together of western exercise techniques and modern sport. Be brave, try it – whether it’s SUP Board Yoga at the Wildsee (the lake), Hoop Yoga with a hula hoop or the more demanding AcroYoga. There are plenty of new challenges, not to mention a lot of fun, waiting for you.
