Roller Track
Accessibility Information
The roller track at Arena365 is also open to cyclists, handcyclists, wheelchair users and families with children at selected times. The most important information on arrival, access and route requirements is summarised below.
Note:
The accessibility information provided here focuses on access and use for people with mobility impairments. Other accessibility requirements (e.g. for people with visual, hearing or cognitive impairments) are currently not part of this offer.

Parking
Designated accessible parking spaces are located above the main car park of Arena365, directly in front of the base building (please follow the signs to the upper level). These spaces may only be used by persons with a valid disability parking permit and during the designated usage times.
The entire Arena365 parking area is subject to a fee. The vehicle licence plate is automatically recognised upon entry and exit. Payment can be made online, via the QR code displayed on site, or at the payment machine on the lower parking level next to the restroom.
Please note: The operating height of the payment machine is only partially suitable for wheelchair users. In this case, online payment is recommended.

Accessible Restroom
An accessible restroom is located on the lower parking level of Arena365 and can be reached without steps. The restroom is accessible during the opening hours of the roller track and can be used without a key. It is equipped with grab rails, a wheelchair-accessible sink and sufficient manoeuvring space for use with a manual wheelchair.
Please note: Due to the weight of the door, opening it requires increased effort.

Access to the Roller Track
A step-free path with a compacted gravel surface leads from the upper car park to the access area of the roller track. Depending on the type of wheelchair or sports equipment used, navigating the gravel surface may require increased effort. Access to the track is only possible at the WM Tower via an electronic access system. A separate card reader for wheelchair users and handcyclists is located on the side of the stair railing. A valid ticket is required for entry. After scanning the ticket, the access system remains open for approximately 10 seconds to allow passage.
Please note: The existing passenger lift provides access to the Arena365 office facilities and, due to its dimensions, is not suitable for accessing the roller track with handbikes or larger sports or towing equipment.

User Groups and Usage Times
The roller track may only be used during the times designated for the respective user group.
User groups
- Skiroller & Biathlon: Exclusive use for ski roller, inline skating and biathlon training.

Track Characteristics
The asphalt circuit is approximately 3.6 km long and between 2.20 and 3.00 metres wide.
The track includes several physically demanding sections:
- maximum gradient: 15.1%
- maximum descent: 17.8%
- some tight and challenging bends
- alternating uphill and downhill sections
- varying longitudinal and cross slopes
Due to its topography, the roller track is a physically demanding facility suitable for experienced handcyclists as well as skilled users of active wheelchairs and towing devices. Users should have a good level of fitness, confident handling skills and sports equipment suitable for the track. Depending on individual abilities and requirements, electric assistance or an accompanying person may be advisable.
Detailed information on the track profile is available here.
