In 1985, the Arena365 and sports facility were built and continuously developed in conjunction with the Nordic Ski World Championships. The base building was completed in 2005. The Nordic Center, in its finished form, offers a biathlon facility equipped with the latest technology, featuring 12 fixed positions for small caliber rifles and 5 positions for air rifles.

The 2 completely new ski jumps and more than 245 kilometers of excellently groomed cross-country trails, coupled with a snowmaking system, promise the best conditions for extensive training at the highest level. The Snowfarming project in the Seefeld region ensures snow reliability from early November and optimal training conditions. A highlight in the alpine area is the new 3.6-kilometer-long roller route (outer loop), which can be extended in length and elevation and invites summer training.
