3,500 happy organic chickens are allowed to enjoy their lives on the farm of the Heis family. Since it was difficult to sell the small eggs of the young chickens, the idea was born to create pasta from them. In the meantime, the family successfully produces over 100 different types of organic pasta. In the small noodle shop you can find classics like soup noodles, horn noodles or macaroni, but also specialities like the popular herb noodles or unusual ones refined with carrot, garlic or chilli.
