Our house is situated in South Seefeld, about 2 km from the centre of Seefeld, sourrounded by a nice larch forest on an altitude of 1.100 m with a beautiful view to the mountains. It is an ideal starting point for the many attractions of our region. There is a ski-lift just nearby, as well as cross-country slopes and beautiful walking trails. In our familiar house hospitality is not just a word. Our many guests who come every year confirm that. Our own garden invite you to relax and bath in the sun.

If you arrive from Germany or Italy, you come from the federal highway B177.
