Our house offers you a comfortably furnished holiday flat for 2 people or for a small family consisting of 2 adults and a child. The flat is located on the ground floor and has a sun terrace with seating for warm summer days. When you enter the flat, you will find yourself in the bright living/dining room, which has a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy seating area, sofa and TV as well as access to the terrace. The separate bedroom with a double bed ensures a restful night's sleep. The bedroom provides access to the bathroom, which is equipped with light-coloured tiles, shower and WC.
Our summer guests have a variety of hiking and cycling trails right outside the door. A cycle tour along the Isar to Mittenwald or a hike to the Porta Claudia ruins or the Kalvarienberg - there is something for everyone. Our winter guests can enjoy cross-country skiing on the nearby trails, snowshoeing on the Mühlberg
