The house was built in 2007 in the original Tyrolean style – “Kranebitter style”. It offers you a very comfortable apartment for 4 people. The house is on the Reitherspitzstrasse 863 directly opposite the Golf Academy, with a direct entry into the cross-country ski run. Even the ski region “Rosshütte” can be reached quickly. The center and the train station is just 3 minutes away.

The modern but cozy apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, microwave, freezer, etc).
