The house is in a quiet, sunny location. The stop of the free shuttle bus is only 300m away. Walking time to the village centre is about 10 minutes.
There is only one holiday flat (48m² large) in the house.

The Region Seefeld is located on a high, open plateau, between the Wetterstein mountains, with the iconic Zugspitze, and the Karwendel Nature Park.

The cross-country ski trails and the winter walking paths are part and parcel of the winter landscape and in summer, this sunny plateau keeps its guests happy with endless walking possibilities, a good variety of biking trails and plenty of culinary delights.

Cross-country skiing through a picturesque snowy landscape, wandering along the many winter walking paths, snow-sure skiing fun on wide open pistes, plus a host of top-class sporting events and a diverse cultural programme with Advent markets in the historic village centre, are just some of the numerous activities and experiences, which you can look forward to in the Winter.
