Military Music Tyrol performs in Leutasch

In every Tyrolean district, the Military Music Tyrol can perform a concert once a year. This year, the municipality of Leutasch has been selected for the district of Innsbruck Land.
Almost 50 young musicians from all over Tyrol under the direction of Military Bandmaster Colonel Professor Hannes Apfolterer showcase their skills with a diverse program at this concert.

The Military Music Tyrol is the largest, especially practice-oriented musical training institution in the country. It is often used as a training orchestra for the education and training of military bandmasters, but also for the state conservatory for the bandmaster courses. Many military musicians are employed as section leaders and bandmasters in their civilian music bands after their time with the Military Music Tyrol.
Numerous musical engagements at home and abroad, such as in Quebec, in Tripoli, or in Moscow during international military music meetings, demonstrate the quality of the Military Music Tyrol.
