This is the fith time that the Ski-Club Starnberg has organised the German Championships in the disciplines of slalom, giant slalom and the team competition in cooperation with the German Ski Association (DSV).

In 2015, 2019, 2021 and 2022, the Ski-Club Starnberg e.V. already received a lot of praise for the organisation of the German championships, which were the national highlight at the end of the season for the athletes each time. 

As in previous years, Ski Club President Helge von Hirschhausen hopes for numerous spectators along the course and at the finish line. There is plenty of space in the finish area in front of the large terrace of the Sportalm in Seefeld, everything is in place for a family ski festival at the end of the alpine ski season.

With about 800 members, the Ski-Club Starnberg (DSV Talent.Punkt) is one of the most successful ski clubs in Germany. Its racing team with over 50 active athletes in the age groups U8 to U16 is one of the largest racing teams in the German Ski Association. In addition, SC Starnberg runs its own DSV Ski School, which has more than 200 children and young people
