Climbing gyms & bad weather alternatives

If the weather is not on its best side and prevents climbing on the rock, there are several excellent alternative options in the immediate vicinity. Only a few kilometres away, in Telfs and Innsbruck, you will find two modern climbing gyms. The Innsbruck climbing centre offers everything a climber's heart desires. With 500 climbing routes and 200 bouldering possibilities, both recreational climbers and top athletes will not miss out. In Telfs, too, the offer is impressive on a climbing area of 1400 m² with around 180 bouldering and 100 rope routes. In addition, the climbing halls are popular meeting places for all mountain sports enthusiasts.

Kletterhalle Telfs
The 1,300 square metre climbing area is divided approximately 50:50 between the two climbing disciplines of bouldering & rope climbing.
Kletterzentrum Innsbruck
The new climbing centre in Innsbruck inspires with 4,500 square metres for rope climbing and 1,200 square metres for bouldering. Far more than just a climbing hall!

Our hall offers a variety of routes, a special training area, exciting children's zones, courses and unforgettable children's birthday parties.
