In the 21/22 season, we launched the meinPlateau App – the digital cross-country skiing annual pass – and now it's finally time to go cross-country skiing again! With the meinPlateau App, you always have your trail annual pass digitally on your phone! Additionally, you get the current trail report along with plenty of news and benefits for cross-country skiing.

If you go cross-country skiing, you can either carry your keycard with you or simply use the meinPlateau app to activate your digital annual pass. Additionally, you have access to the current trail report, the weather forecast for the upcoming days, as well as many other regional information. The meinPlateau app also provides you with many personal tips and recommendations directly from our trail team. This way, you can adjust or change your routes based on recommendations.

Here's how to get the meinPlateau app:

The meinPlateau app is a web app, meaning it is not available in the Google Play Store or Apple Store. A few days after purchasing the annual ticket for the trails & roller tracks, we will send you an email containing instructions on how to activate your digital card in the meinPlateau app. If you do not receive the activation email within a few days, please contact region@seefeld.com.

For Android (Chrome Browser): Either follow the pop-up window during the first use or go through the settings menu (three dots in the upper right corner), click on "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App" and confirm the process.
For iOS: Click on the share button (the square with an upward-facing arrow) and select "Add to Home Screen" and confirm the process.

Note:
In order to use the service and have the annual pass on your smartphone, we need your personal email address. Please provide this when purchasing the annual pass to receive the registration link for the digital annual pass.
If you already have an annual pass for the 2021/22 season but have not yet provided an email address, you can send it to us for linking with your digital annual pass at region@seefeld.com.
