Plateau Products
Since 2021, we have been setting an example for local producers with our " Echtes Plateauprodukt" (Genuine Plateau Product) product line. These exclusive products are available in selected information offices and hotels. In addition, in 2022 we introduced the "Plateaufrühstück", Tyrol's first official certification for a regional breakfast offering. These initiatives strengthen local direct marketers, promote authentic enjoyment and minimise transport routes. Synergy effects with the SDGs our measures correspond with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): SDG 8 (Sustainable Economic Growth), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and SDG 13 (Climate Action).

Plateau-Potato
By implementing a pilot project under SDG12, we aim to promote regional development and sustainable agricultural practices. The aim is to further strengthen the local circular economy and to rethink an innovative but well-established product.

INNOVATION AGRICULTURE - REGION SEEFELD
Project description
Together with committed farmers from the region, we are testing five new potato varieties. The aim is to create an innovative, but also tried and tested plateau product in which the value chain remains on the plateau. Currently still a test cultivation - but probably soon to be found in the kitchens of the region. Be curious.
