Press Release – Kraft, Lamparter, Hayböck & Co. Connect in Seefeld

The Jump and Reach Community spent relaxed hours at the plateau
Winter sports stars come together at the Plateau as part of the Jump and Reach Spirit Community.
When top athletes, personalities from business and media, and long-time companions meet in Seefeld, it is about much more than just performance. For 20 years now, the Seefeld region has been the venue for the annual meeting of the JaR Spirit Community, which was once again brought together this year by coach and strategic companion Patrick Murnig.
Special round in Seefeld
The host and managing director of the Seefeld Hochplateau Tourism Association, Elias Walser, was able to warmly welcome a special group in Seefeld together with the marketing manager Katharina Emslander. Among those present were Stefan Kraft, Johannes Lamparter and Michael Hayböck, as well as Andrea Pfeifer-Lichtfuss from the magazine TIROLERIN, Christian Schneider from Manner, and designer Bernhard Vetter.
Encounters that connect
For four days, Seefeld provided the perfect framework for personal conversations, intensive coaching sessions, shared experiences, and honest exchanges. Alongside the discussions and reflections, physical activity was not neglected: both during a joint round of golf with the children of the GC Seefeld-Reith and on the hike to the Peace Bell, the members of the community participated with enthusiasm. The shared journey led not only to the destination but, above all, to each other.
"This Spirit Community has stood for over two decades for a lived togetherness on equal terms. It is wonderful to see how this idea develops from year to year and how people from the most diverse walks of life and age groups find joy in doing things together," said Patrick Murnig.
For athletes as well, the gathering has become something special. Stefan Kraft describes the annual meeting as a place where the relaxed time spent together and the exchanges are particularly appealing:
"For me, the relaxed, shared time with different personalities has always been the special aspect of our annual Spirit meeting here in Seefeld."
Johannes Lamparter, who became part of the community as a very young athlete, adds: "I grew into my role as a young athlete and contribute my personality while also taking away an enormous amount from each meeting. This gathering is simply something very special."
