Tyrol's snow-sure high plateau is ideal for cross-country skiing: instead of narrow valleys, an expansive high plateau opens up between the Alpine peaks at 1,200 meters. A good 245 kilometers of cross-country trails for all levels of ability connect the five villages of Seefeld, Leutasch, Mösern, Reith and Scharnitz in winter – from the leisurely pleasure round through the Leutascher Hochtal to professional top-class sports in the Seefeld Sports Arena.
