Terms and Conditions Social Media Contest "Schmankerl Challenge"
General Information
- The organizer of the raffle is the Seefeld Tourism Association, Bahnhofplatz 115, 6100 Seefeld.
- Participation in the raffle is exclusively through Instagram. Participants must comment on the post on Instagram and follow @visitseefeld and @vfl.wolfsburg.
- Participation is only possible until August 3, 2023, 12:00 PM (hereinafter referred to as the "raffle period").
- Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each person may only participate once.
- Employees of the organizer, their relatives, and other persons involved in the execution of the raffle are excluded from participation.
- By participating, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions of participation.
Prize
- After the competition period has ended, the organizer will randomly select a winner from all eligible participants (provided they have met the conditions listed in 1.2). The grand prize includes: 2 tickets for the Sundowner Picnic at the Rosshütte above Seefeld. Second place: A signed team jersey from VFL Wolfsburg.
- The winners will be notified of their prize via Instagram direct message by the Seefeld Tourism Association after the competition has concluded.
- The winner must confirm receipt of the notification in accordance with 2.2 within 24 hours of its arrival by replying to the message. Any information required for the transfer of the prize must also be provided.
- If the winner fails to meet their confirmation and information obligations as per point 2.3 in due time, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the winner from the competition and redraw the prize.
Miscellaneous
- In the event of an unavoidable occurrence (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, data accidents, bankruptcies, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to appropriately change the prize or completely refrain from conducting the raffle or awarding the prize.
- The organizer is not liable for the usability or usefulness of the prize for the winner, nor for disruptions and damages when claiming the prize, provided they are outside the sphere of influence of the organizer. This especially applies to damages caused by various individuals, other than the organizer and its employees, when claiming the prize.
- Furthermore, the organizer is only liable for damages in connection with the raffle in cases of gross negligence. The organizer is liable for personal injuries within the scope of the law.
- For disputes arising from these terms and conditions or in connection with the raffle, the exclusive jurisdiction of the court responsible for 6100 Seefeld is agreed upon.
- For disputes arising from these terms and conditions or in connection with the raffle, only Austrian substantive law applies, excluding Austrian conflict of law rules.
