The Zottlhof is a holiday home located in solitary location in the Seefeld region – Tirol's high plateau. Surrounded by untouched nature, you can enjoy peace, wide views, and direct access to hiking trails, winter hiking paths, and cross-country ski trails. The house features a fully fenced, dog-friendly panoramic garden and is ideal for a holiday with dog(s), families, and nature lovers.
The location offers direct entry into nature: Small streams and a pond, a panoramic high point, and a traditional hay barn are in close proximity. The Zottlhof is an ideal starting point for winter & summer activities straight from your doorstep, such as direct access to the trail network, hiking trails, summit tours, mountain biking, and cycling tours…
Summer holiday:
The Seefeld region – Tirol's high plateau offers around 570 km of cycling and mountain biking trails, numerous hiking paths, the alpine paradise in Gaistal, and access to the Karwendel Nature Park. Whether leisurely strolls or mountain tours – everything begins right from the accommodation.
During the summer months, our Highland cattle (“Zottl”) roam the alpine pastures (approximately mid-June to mid-September). In autumn, they return to the farm, shaping the authentic farm life.

Welcome and Greetings from the sunny Zottlhof in secluded location and for exclusive use! We do not reside on-site and come daily for feeding and stable work
We greet our guests with Tyrolean warmth and strive to make your valuable days as pleasant and revitalizing as possible. Our Highlands cattle (Zottl = longer unkempt hair) are your neighbors, and we manage the farm in harmony with nature. In order for the animals to allow petting, we first have to tame them with a lot of commitment and work, which involves a lot of trust-building. As a secondary focus, we develop and cook our own natural products from TirolerHEUtraum.at and process the handmade and handpicked mountain herbs into jelly, herbal vinegar, and more.
In addition to these activities, we take care of our guests, and there is plenty of meadows around for the furry friends, a sunny spot by the herb hut, raised beds for culinary herbs in the kitchen, a fenced garden with a charcoal grill, hammocks next to the babbling stream, and we provide good insider tips. The secluded location in Leutasch-Moos (we do not live on-site) guarantees peace and relaxation! We enjoy skiing and round trips on the nearby groomed trails, just as much as hiking, biking, and mountaineering, or letting our tired feet dangle in the stream at the farm......
