Our house is located in the Unterkirchen district in a quiet and nature-oriented environment in Tyrol. Surrounded by meadows and mountains, it offers ideal conditions for relaxing holiday days away from the hustle and bustle.
The holiday apartment is cozy and lovingly decorated. It creates a pleasant atmosphere where one quickly feels at home and can relax – a suitable retreat for peaceful days in the mountains.
Right by the house, there is access to the cross-country skiing tracks, allowing winter sports enthusiasts to start directly into the extensive network of trails without detours. In the warmer months, numerous hiking and cycling paths in the surroundings invite you to actively discover nature.
The combination of a quiet location, fresh mountain air, and beautiful views makes the stay a relaxing break in the midst of the Tyrolean mountain world.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the house as well as Netflix are available. In summer, guests enjoy up to 4 hours of free access to the swimming pool daily. In the winter months, the use of the cross-country ski trails in the region is free. This way, guests benefit from attractive offers for relaxation and activity in every season.

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 10:00 AM. This allows for a smooth transition between stays and provides enough time for the preparation of the accommodation.
