Appartements Wolf

The house is located in an idyllic, open, sunny and quiet location with 360° panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, such as the Hohe Munde, the Wetterstein Mountains and the Sellrain Mountains. A dream in winter as well as in summer. A special highlight is that in winter the approx. 250 km long cross-country ski trail network of the Region Seefeld leads directly past the house. You step out of the ski cellar directly onto the cross-country trail. In summer you can easily start a hiking/mountain tour e.g. to the Gaistal, to the Hohe Munde, to the Gehrenspitze or to the Wildmoos area right in front of the house. The house was built in 1978 as a pension. In 2020 and 2021 it was converted into an apartment house and completely renovated in Finnish-Tyrolean style.

There are 6 apartments in total, three on the 1st floor and three on the 2nd floor. On the ground floor there is a general lounge with board games, books and information material from the area, including hiking maps, cross-country skiing maps and excursion tips. In the basement is a fitness room, a sauna area with Finnish sauna and relaxation room and a fully equipped ski
