Our Chalet-Haus AUE119 in the beautiful Leutasch Valley, where two apartments are located, is perfect for all nature lovers with its sunny and absolutely quiet location in the midst of mountain meadows. The house is located directly next to the cross-country ski run and various hiking trails and is the ideal starting point for active holidays. The 70 square meters of holiday happiness are brand new, very high quality and individually furnished with great attention to detail and you have a great mountain view from every room. In the cuddly bedroom you sleep in the comfortable box spring bed and the cosy living room has a sofa bed for one or two additional persons. The lovingly designed kitchen-living room with large dining area has the charm of an old farmhouse, but is equipped with the most modern appliances. Between the living room and the kitchen you can access the sunny balcony with a view of the cross-country ski run or the mountain meadows via a small room with a chic chaise lounge as a reading place. In the very modern bathroom there is a rain shower and there is a separate toilet.
