Our Bio House is located in the Emmat district directly on the edge of the forest, away from the traffic road in an extremely quiet, idyllic location with views of the Hohe Munde and Gehrenspitze, surrounded by a farm garden (1500m2) with beautiful sunny and shady places.
Only 7 minutes walk to the centre of Weidach with shopping centre and bus stop.
Starting point for numerous hikes. To the cross-country ski run only 500m footpath.
You can live in and relax in a very comfortable 3-room apartment, consisting of LIVING ROOM WITH BAUERNOFEN, LIVING KITCHEN, SLEEPING ROOM, SHOWER/WC and STORAGE ROOM equipped in the original Tyrolean "Kranebitterstiel".

The Leutaschtal lies on a high plateau between Mittenwald and Seefeld. Coming from Germany there are two ways to get to Leutasch:
Variant D1:
Coming via Mittenwald through the Leutaschklamm and crossing the state border at the end of the Leutaschklamm (for further description see next section, point 1).
