Separate entrance, entrance hall, living-bedroom, bedroom, kitchen with dining area and bathroom with bath. Laundry and covered car parking included. In the summer to relax sunny Liegewiese behind the house. Located directly at the cross-country ski trail and starting point for many hikes.
