Since rest and relaxation – as I understand and appreciate it myself and also want to enable my guests to have – in the broadest sense also has to do with a radiation-free environment, I deliberately refrain from offering TV and WiFi.

In order to be here and now, it seems to me to be a real luxury to consciously experience the feeling of "unreachability" and "media time-out".

The house is located on Tyrol's high plateau in the Seefeld region in an idyllic beautiful setting amidst nature, surrounded by meadows and forests. It offers space for 4 people on 72m²: a cozy living area with panoramic windows and a modern wooden central heating stove with electronic control (Data Fire Control), 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a covered terrace, and a garden.

It is the ideal and unique place in an absolutely quiet environment with maximum privacy to relax, unwind, and spend romantic days.

However you want to spend your free time in nature, you have the choice, and in addition, you also have the opportunity to reach shops, restaurants, and other leisure facilities within a few minutes by car.

On the terrace, there is the option to grill!
