The OBERN 41 Chalet welcomes you in the beautiful Leutasch Valley! We are pleased that you have found your way to our picturesque place - your holiday can start right now.
Our chalet is a new building made of natural wood in Tyrolean style – an absolutely quiet location; ideal for the sporty family / group or just relaxing: you have a house of your own, with garden and separate access. The chalet offers holiday on two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms including sauna and a large living, cooking and dining area and a sweeping balcony. In winter, in addition to the underfloor heating, there is also a fireplace. In summer, you can barbecue in the garden and enjoy the view of the imposing peak Hohe Munde.
The Leutaschtal is the right place for everyone looking for a holiday away from mass tourism. In summer, the Almenparadies Gaistal offers countless opportunities for Mountanbiker (with and without "electric drive support") and hikers. The chalet has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The use of the sauna is free; likewise, the bed linen and hand towels are included in your booking. The house has a free Wi-Fi access. As our guest, the use of the cross-country-ski trails in winter is free. Please note that OBERN 41 is a non-smoking house; Pets are not allowed.
