The centre of Leutasch is a 10-minute walk away, the "A7 Gasse" cross-country ski trail passing by offers access to the surrounding network of cross-country ski trails in winter and a hiking trail, with a few steps along the Jakobsweg, directly in front of the house, invites you to take a walk.
