Puitbach Chalet

The chalet is located in Unterleutasch and has 2 floors with 130m2 of fully equipped living space with garden and spacious terrace. The chalets were newly built in 2021. On the ground floor there is an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs there is a large living room with exposed roof truss, stone wall and a modern kitchen. From there you can enter the spacious balcony terrace with breathtaking views. Central point of the living and dining area is a small cozy fireplace with stove bench. Likewise, there is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the upper floor. There is plenty of parking space directly in front of the house.
