Our Chalet Rossi was completely newly built in 2022 in traditional Tyrolean log cabin style and extensively renovated and modernized in 2026.
Today the chalet offers two stylishly furnished apartments: The spacious apartment with approx. 120 m² accommodates up to 7 people, while the cozy apartment with approx. 55 m² is ideal for 2 people. Both apartments combine modern, high-quality furnishings with great attention to detail and particularly comfortable beds for restful nights.
The chalet is located in a quiet yet central area in Leutasch. From here, numerous leisure activities, restaurants, and the main facilities in the surroundings are easily accessible. Parking is available right in front of the house.
Upon request, the entire Chalet Rossi can be rented exclusively – ideal for families, groups, or a shared holiday with friends. This way, both apartments and the entire house are available for your exclusive use.

The check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. The handover of the apartment takes place flexibly either in person by our team or contactlessly via key delivery. You will receive the relevant information and access data in good time before your arrival. The check-out is no later than 10:30 a.m.
