he house is very quietly situated on the edge of the forest and on the Ache.
In winter, cross-country ski trails and a natural toboggan run are only a 5-minute walk away.
In summer you can start various hikes directly from the house. The Way of St. James also passes by here.
Various restaurants, stores and supermarkets can be reached by car in 5 minutes.
Those arriving by train can travel to Seefeld or Mittenwald and then take a cab or bus.
The quietly located accommodation is a pure oasis of relaxation, situated directly on a forest stream and a perfect starting point for outdoor adventures.
The apartment has one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a modern bathroom. The apartment is located on the second floor. From the balcony you can look out into the greenery and enjoy nature, the sound of the stream and the sunsets. From here you can explore the picturesque surroundings on hiking and cycling trails, play golf, go climbing or fishing in winter and explore the ski areas.
The entire apartment is available exclusively for your use.

Are you a dog mom or dog dad?
If your dog is well behaved, then it is very welcome in our apartment. Please bring your own bowls and blankets. For dogs we charge an additional 20,-€ for the final cleaning.

We are two friends and our motto is
"if you want to do something, put love in it".
We are always looking for places that are close to nature, where one can find peace. We live in a hectic world, and it is very important for us to create balance. Therefore, we founded Simple Vacation NB to share our favorite spots with you. We wish for you to also recharge your energy and spend time in very pure and natural places.
We are both entrepreneurs, yoga instructors, and coaches. Thus, we always view our business under the aspect of karma. It is very important for us to do everything with love and sustainability.
