A central starting point for beautiful cycling and hiking tours, directly at the ski track. As our guest, you can use 247 kilometers of ski trails daily during your stay in winter, as well as the guest bus in our Seefeld region - "Tyrol's High Plateau" for free all year round. In summer, daily free entry to the alpine pool with water slide... Color satellite TV in the room, free Wi-Fi. Sunny terrace, sunbathing area, garden grill, bicycles, playground, pedal tractor, ... play area in the house, ponies, rabbits, goats, and our dog Emmi look forward to a visit from the children.

Just let go again! Our family-run farm is located on a small hill and is surrounded by intact nature, a magnificent mountain panorama, and fresh, clear mountain air. After an eventful day, enjoy the pleasant calm on our well-maintained sunbathing lawn and the cozy atmosphere in our lovingly furnished apartments and comfort rooms with an extended breakfast offer. Right from our front door, you can begin with the diverse sporting activities that our high plateau has to offer. Hiking, cycling, climbing, swimming... cross-country skiing, skating. For our little guests, there is a lot to discover in our playground: slide, pedal tractor, bicycles... playhouse, play area in the house, petting animals, ponies, goats, rabbits, chickens, and our dog "Emmi." In summer, daily free admission to the alpine swimming pool, cross-country skiing package included, free Wi-Fi. We would be very happy to be your hosts.
