Free mobility in the Region Seefeld

Far away from the hustle and bustle in the middle of nature, the Waldhaus Neuleutasch is situated somewhat hidden at the edge of the forest, high up with a view of the surrounding mountain world of Seefeld and Leutasch, but also very close to top ski areas, cross-country ski runs, Tyrolean mountain huts and lakes and the beautiful Karwendel region.
In the Waldhaus there are 2 apartments and we live in the house ourselves for a while, but if it is not used by our family, both apartments can be rented by holiday guests. The house has been renovated little by little with care and by our own hands and has retained its original 60's charm. We - the younger generation - have now furnished a simple, somewhat more modern apartment in addition to the rustic and cosy ground floor apartment on the upper floor. In order to be able to really switch off and to create a lot of time for socializing, there is deliberately no internet and no TV in the whole house, but a few games and books and a lot of space to be outside!

Nikolaus, who is now a grandfather of 8 grandchildren, fell in love with this beautiful forest house in the early 90s and bought it. He gradually and carefully renovated it by hand, preserving its original 60s charm. Today, it is happily used as a holiday retreat by his 4 sons and their families. Family celebrations have been held here, but most of the time, everyone seeks peace, nature, and relaxation. To truly unwind and create time for sociable gatherings, there is deliberately no internet and no television throughout the house, but there are a few games and books. We – the younger generation – have now additionally set up a lovely, somewhat more modern holiday apartment in the upstairs, alongside the cozy ground floor apartment. When the house is not in use by the family, both apartments can also be rented out to holiday guests.
