Karwendelcamp Scharnitz is a small, family campsite, newly built in 2008. The municipality of Scharnitz is idyllically located in the Seefeld region, about 25km from Innsbruck and 100km from Munich. On the campsite you can spend the most beautiful time of your year with caravan, caravan or tent. In summer, the largest nature reserve of the Northern Limestone Alps the Karwendel Alpine Park and the Seefeld region offers you countless leisure and sports activities. The campsite also offers its own bike rental and a large parking lot. Visit us and experience the Alpine Park on foot, by bike or simply paddle a kayak along the wild and romantic upper Isar. The cross-country ski trails of the Seefeld region can be easily reached on foot in two minutes. In 2009, the 266km of perfectly groomed trails once again achieved 1st place in the large ADAC cross-country ski area. The beautifully landscaped sun terrace invites you to linger.
