The beautifully stunning, completely new vacation apartment Seestadl is located in Gießenbach, a small village near Scharnitz, Austria, just 10 minutes from the German border.

Due to its proximity to popular excursion destinations such as Mittenwald, Seefeld, or Innsbruck, as well as being situated right at the forest edge and along the cross-country ski trail in winter, this comfortable family apartment offers many leisure activities. Great hikes in both winter and summer, encounters with animals and even wild animals, a designated cycle path for sporty and e-bikes, and of course in the winter months, the ski trail that passes right in front of the house are just some of the activities you can plan with your family or friends.

Upon entering the house, to the right on the ground floor, you will find your own cloakroom, providing ample space for coats, sportswear, ski boots, etc.

From here, a staircase leads to the enormous living kitchen with a spacious dining table and, of course, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Next is the spacious living room with a sofa, armchair, and a large flat-screen TV.
