This includes two full bathrooms with shower facilities, two separate bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. The large roof terrace with mountain view is a real highlight and is particularly suitable for spending lovely evenings. Parking spaces and a garage with a charging station for electric vehicles (coin-operated machine) are available. Scharnitz train station is just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.
Sporty and nature enthusiasts will get their money's worth directly from the accommodation. Numerous hikes, mountain- and bike tours can be undertaken from the property. The starting point is ideal for all winter sports enthusiasts to spend the winter actively on the nearby cross-country ski trail or the numerous ski areas (for example Seefeld-Rosshütte, approx. 10 minutes away by car).

The municipality of Scharnitz charges a local tax of € 3.50 per day and per guest over the age of 16. This fee is not included in the booking price and must be paid separately. Please deposit the local tax in cash in the box provided in the flat.
