Free mobility in the Region Seefeld
Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. on the chosen day of arrival. If you are not welcomed by us, there are key safes opposite the front door. Open the safe belonging to your apartment using the combination sent to you by email. It contains a key for the front door and your accommodation.
Check-out is at 11 a.m.
We look forward to welcoming you to our "Haus Zak". Our two apartments in a quiet and sunny location are an ideal starting point for all sporting activities in a natural environment. On easy hikes or by bike, you can quickly reach the springs of the river Isar and the other remote Karwendel valleys. The nearby cable cars in Seefeld and Mittenwald reveil wonderful mountain areas, in the nearby lakes around Mittenwald you can swim or walk with a completely different horizon.
As a mountain photographer and author (Karwendel, Wetterstein), I am one of the best experts in our alpine region, from the easiest hikes to all kinds of mountain and climbing experiences. I set up the routes in the nearby crag "Sonnenplatten" – five minutes from the house. In winter you can enter the cross-country ski trail 50 meters from the house, walk on winter hiking trails or use the easily accessible ski area "Bergbahnen Rosshütte" in Seefeld.

A deposit of €300 is due before or on arrival, which can either be paid by bank transfer or in cash. This deposit will be refunded to you after the final cleaning.

Arriving by car:
Taking the road from Garmisch you first follow the route B 177 through the tunnel and exit immediately after into the direction of Scharnitz. 30 meters after the village sign turn left into a small road through the fields. Take the first possible road to the right. Our house "Haus Zak" is the third house on the left, with the house number Hirlanda-Ellmann-Weg 242.
