Enjoy your vacation in a newly renovated house that retains the charm of its origin. Tilli's Garden, named after the host's grandmother and the large, almost park-like garden that she has cared for over many years. Scharnitz, a nature park community and starting point for tours in the Karwendel, is also known for its snowy winters and is ideal for cross-country skiing.

You and your family, friends, or acquaintances can relax after an active day on Tyrol's high plateau or a tour in the Karwendel in a harmonious atmosphere – right in the village, but almost inconspicuous, protected by plenty of surrounding greenery. The central location also offers some small, partly historically interesting hikes for all weather, as well as a direct access to hiking trails and ski tracks. A grocery store and restaurants are in the neighborhood. The proximity to the train station ensures excellent public transport connections. The local mountain of Scharnitz, the Brunnstein, is, of course, ever-present. The host family is nearby and available for you.
