Enjoy your vacation in a newly renovated house that has retained the charm of its origins. Tilli's Garden, named after the host's grandmother and the large, almost park-like garden she maintained for many years. Scharnitz, a nature park community and starting point for tours in the Karwendel, was also known for its snowy winters – perhaps not like in the past, but one can still expect sufficient snow.

You and your family, friends, or acquaintances can relax in a cozy atmosphere after an active day on Tyrol's high plateau or an attractive tour in the Karwendel – right in the village, yet almost shielded from view by lots of surrounding greenery. The central location also offers some short, partly historically interesting hikes for all weather conditions and a direct access to hiking trails and cross-country ski trails. A local supplier and an inn are conveniently nearby. With the train station close by, the connection to public transport is ideal. The local mountain, the Brunnstein, is, of course, ever-present. The host family is nearby and can be reached if needed.
