Enjoy your vacation in a newly renovated house that retains the charm of its time of origin. Tilli's Garden, named after the grandmother of the host and the large, almost park-like garden that she has tended for many years. Scharnitz, a municipality in the nature park and starting point for tours in the Karwendel, is also known for its snowy winters.

You and your family, friends, or acquaintances can relax in a pleasant atmosphere after an active day on Tyrol's high plateau or a lovely hike in the Karwendel - right in the village, but almost invisibly sheltered by abundant greenery. The central location also offers some small, partly historically interesting hikes for any weather and provides direct access to hiking trails and cross-country ski runs. A local grocery store and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. Due to the proximity to the train station, the connection to public transport is ideal. The local mountain, Brunnstein, is, of course, always present. The host family is nearby and available for you.
