Enjoy your holiday in a newly renovated house that has retained the charm of its origin. Tilli's Garden, named after the grandmother of the host and the large, almost park-like garden that she has tended to over many years. Scharnitz, a natural park community and starting point for tours into the Karwendel, is also known for its snowy winters and is ideal for cross-country skiing.

You and your family, friends, or acquaintances can relax after an active day on Tyrol's high plateau or a tour in the Karwendel in a pleasant atmosphere - right in the center of the village, yet nearly shielded from view by abundant greenery. The central location also offers some small, partially historically interesting hikes for all weather conditions and direct access to hiking trails and the cross-country ski track. A grocery store and restaurants are in the neighborhood. Due to its proximity to the train station, public transport connections are ideal. The local mountain of Scharnitz, the Brunnstein, is, of course, present. The host family is nearby and reachable for you.
