Our winter season starts on December 20, 2025.

Guesthouse without breakfast in a sunny, central location. Close to the centre of town, the trainstation, cross-country ski tracks and bus-stops.

All rooms with bathroom, TV, balcony and a beautiful view of the Tyrolean mountains. Also breakfast dishes plus coffee machine are available in all rooms for a self prepared breakfast. Fridge in the hallway. Free WiFi available! 

Private parking in front of the house. House for non-smokers.
