The Carl Apartment is located in the village center at the entrance to the pedestrian zone. The Seefeld train station and the bus stops (regional bus, village bus, ski bus) are only 150 meters away. Ideally situated for a stress-free arrival by train.

The 110 sqm vacation apartment features a separate entrance and is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of our private house. All rooms are modern and stylishly furnished. The large, bright kitchen with dining area and open passage to the living room is the heart of the apartment. Two south-facing balconies invite you to relax and offer views of the surrounding mountains and the golf course.

Directly in front of the apartment, two parking spaces are available for your use.

You will be personally welcomed by the property owners. We will show you the holiday accommodation and hand over the apartment key to you. The apartment has a separate entrance. Arrival is possible between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If you arrive earlier or later, please contact us in advance.
