Our charming Tyrolean style house was built in 1991 and is furnished in the traditional rustically style.
The sunny location has superb - panoramic views, quiet and yet centrally situated, only 3 minutes walk to the village centre, just opposite the golf academy, near the lake. Various sports facilities are nearby - golf, tennis-indoor and outdoor, swimming, walking, horse riding, paragliding, mountain biking, mini golf, downhill skiing, cross country skiing (the runs are just adjacent), snowboarding, ice-skating, tobogganing, indoors golf, etc. Two-rooms-app. for 2 - 4 persons 40m² (sleeping couch in the living room) with balcony, central heating, bath with shower and WC, cook line, satellite TV, radio, telephone, free Internet entrance, DVD-Player and films free of charge, auto parking area with the house.

All five resorts of the Region Seefeld enjoy a breath-taking alpine background and in summer they offer countless marked walking, biking and climbing routes for all levels. Among the thick forests and rich green meadows, weary hikers can try hearty Tyrolean specialities and freshly tapped drinks at the mountain huts, while the crystal-clear mountain lakes and the shimmering waters of the wild streams provide a welcome opportunity to cool down.
